Total Sales Volume Up in Kansas

Across Kansas both home sales and total sales volume were up in October 2019 compared to October 2018.
The number of available units at the end of October 2019 was 10,302, down from 11,428 in October 2018 – this represents a 3 months’ supply of homes available for sale.
Listings were on the market for an average of 55 days, up .3% from October 2018 along with an increased average sale price – $214,654 up 2.9% from October 2018.
