Isakson has made encouraging homeownership and protecting homeowners’ property rights core tenets of his work in Congress. Senator Edward Brooke (MA) and Senator Walter Mondale (MN) were co-sponsors of the Fair Housing Act. 50 years later, their legacy lives in ensuring all individuals, regardless of race, color, disability, familial status, origin, religion, or gender.
