Northeastern Local School District Needs Your Help

The Northeastern Local School District and its students need your help on Election Day – that’s May 8th, 2018 – to approve a bond issue to address critical infrastructure, safety and overcrowding issues in our schools.

Can they count on you?

THE NEED IS REAL. In addition to widespread structural deterioration at every level:

• Classrooms are too small and cannot support today’s educational needs.
• Obsolete electrical systems and infrastructure cannot support modern educational technology.
• Antiquated security and fire systems and deficient handicap access put our students at risk.

Tackling these problems now will put an end to the on-going, wasteful maintenance and repair costs.

And, this bond will provide the updated technology, learning environments, and educational resources students need to prepare them for the real world.

The time to address this issue for our community has arrived. It is up to us to build our future and keep Northeastern Local Schools great.
